The program reflects the most current educational research, and it is designed specifically for working K–12 classroom teachers who want to improve student learning in their classrooms and their own practice while learning in an online environment.

Participants in this 32-credit program complete an applied research project that allows them to focus on a specific area of professional practice they want to improve or a particular problem for which they seek a solution.
