Teachscape’s approach to coaching is customized to support improvement in specific areas of practice for classroom teachers and instructional leaders to drive advancements in student achievement. Teachscape Coaching Services include content coaching, instructional coaching, and leadership coaching and employ small-group and one-on-one coaching and observational feedback.

Teachscape’s coaching model focuses on driving instructional goals that have been defined by the integration of:

• Individual growth plans
• School or district goals and initiatives
• Data from walkthroughs and other observation protocols

Coaching plans for each session are aligned with these goals to ensure that Teachscape and the client can document outcomes, measure improvements relative to goals, and gather evidence that illustrates continuous improvement and guides future coaching sessions.
